Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Dublin, Hybrid

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting various marketing initiatives and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing projects. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate company events and tradeshows:
    1. Plan and execute company events and tradeshows, including logistics, booth assets, and staffing.
    2. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
    3. Prepare post-event reports and analyze data to measure event success.
  2. Create ads, flyers, direct mail, and other collateral:
    1. Coordinate with internal and external partners to develop and produce advertising materials.
    2. Design and produce marketing collateral such as ads, flyers, and direct mail materials.
    3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
    4. Ensure marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and messaging.
    5. Create supporting promotional materials for sales, parts, ecommerce, and service departments.
    6. Ensure training materials are up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with company goals and objectives.
  3. Coordinate company branding projects:
    1. Assist with company branding projects as required, like truck wraps and interior/exterior signage.
    2. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand representation.
  4. Coordinate company apparel stores and merchandising:
    1. Manage company apparel stores, including inventory management, merchandising requests, and order processing.
    2. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of apparel orders.
    3. Track inventory levels and reorder as needed.
  5. Submit co-op, receipt, and check requests to support Marketing budget:
    1. Prepare and submit co-op reimbursement requests to manufacturers and credit card receipts in a timely manner.
    2. Maintain accurate records of co-op funds and expenditures.
    3. Handle check requests for marketing expenses and charitable donations, including invoices, approvals, and processing.    

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus.
